Youth Development

Why Attend

There is a critical need to involve young people in decisions that will affect them. We cannot talk about sustainable development without the active involvement of youth. When we give young people decent jobs, political weight, negotiating muscle, and real influence in our world, they will create a better future. We need to harness the demographic dividend, holding human rights, gender equality, human capital, and dignity at the center of all our investments. Only by ensuring opportunities that open the future to all young people do we create a better future.

Course Methodology

The course is designed to be interactive and participatory and includes various learning tools to enable the participants to operate effectively and efficiently in a multifunctional environment. The course is based on four learning pillars: concept learning (lectures and presentations), role-playing (group exercises), experience sharing and exposure to real-world problems and policy choices confronting delegates.
