These Terms and Conditions govern all interactions with AATICD (Pty) Ltd and the use of our services, including training workshops offered through www.aaticd.co.za.
1. General

AATICD (Pty) Ltd is a registered company in South Africa (Reg: 2017/337061/07).

By registering, paying for, or attending any training or workshop offered by AATICD, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All intellectual property on this website, including text, images, logos, and course content, is the property of AATICD and may not be reproduced without permission.
1.2 Limitation of Liability

AATICD is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from use of this website or services.
1.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law and disputes shall be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
2. Terms and Conditions for Payment and Refunds
2.1 Payment Policy
-
Full payment for any training workshop must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled date.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon in writing.

A confirmation of payment will be issued once funds are received.

Any form of payment confirms that the trainee / delegate / client accepts the training and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the training date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training date are non-refundable.

No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for refunds.
2.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.

A rescheduling fee may apply depending on administrative and scheduling factors.
3. Workshop Cancellation by AATICD
-
AATICD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training workshop due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, insufficient enrolments, facilitator unavailability, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to attend a rescheduled session.

AATICD is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
5. In-House Training
-
AATICD offers custom in-house training for 3 or more delegates for any duration.
-
