We keep delegates well-fed and well-caffeinated throughout every training day. Teas, coffees and a hot lunch are included as standard — and special dietary needs are accommodated when they're flagged at the time of booking.
Every AATICD training day includes refreshments and a hot lunch served on-site. Delegates don't need to step out to find food — meals are timed around the programme so the day flows naturally between sessions.
A mid-morning break with freshly brewed tea, coffee, chilled water, and light snacks served in the breakout area.
A sit-down hot lunch with a rotating menu — protein, starch, vegetables, salads, and dessert. Vegetarian options are always on the table.
A second tea break in the afternoon to keep energy up through the final sessions of the day.
Bottled or jug water is available in the training rooms and breakout areas throughout the day, all day.
We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, whether for health, religious, ethical, or allergy reasons. To make sure the kitchen is ready on day one, please flag any special dietary needs at the time of booking — there is a dedicated field on the registration form for exactly this.
Dietary preferences and requirements we routinely accommodate:
Please note: Late-notice dietary requests (e.g., raised on the morning of training) cannot always be accommodated, because catering is ordered the day before. Use the Special Dietary Needs field on the booking form so we can plan ahead.
