Door-to-Door Coverage
AATICD provides ground transportation across every part of your visit. From the moment you land at the airport to the moment you head back home, you have a coordinated way to move between every venue on your itinerary.
Transport is delivered through vetted partners — licensed operators with comfortable, well-maintained vehicles and experienced drivers familiar with each city. We tailor the vehicle to the group size: a sedan for solo travellers, a minibus for small cohorts, a coach for larger delegations.

Airport Transfers — Arrival & Departure
Pick-up on arrival and drop-off on departure between the airport and your accommodation. We track your flight, so even delays don't leave you stranded.
Accommodation ↔ Training Venue
Daily shuttles between your hotel and the training venue, scheduled around the programme's start and finish times each day.
Excursion Transfers
Transport to and from every excursion on your itinerary — Apartheid Museum, Union Buildings, Cradle of Humankind, Sun City, and the rest.
Shopping Centre Trips
Evening or weekend transfers to nearby shopping centres so delegates can pick up gifts, essentials, or simply unwind after class.
How Transportation Is Arranged
Once you confirm your booking, our travel desk reaches out for the details we need to plan your transfers — flight numbers, arrival times, the accommodation you've chosen, and any excursions on your itinerary. From there, drivers and vehicles are scheduled around the programme.
Group bookings are coordinated across the cohort wherever possible to keep travel efficient — a single shuttle for the morning run to the venue, a single shuttle back. Solo delegates get private transfers when group timing isn't a fit.
