AATICD does not directly own or operate accommodation. Instead, we provide accommodation assistance — connecting delegates to vetted hospitality partners across Africa and beyond, with options located as close as possible to the chosen training venue.
Most of our delegates travel from out of town — sometimes from neighbouring countries, sometimes from another continent. We make sure they have a comfortable, safe place to stay, but we do this through partnerships rather than by running our own hotels.
AATICD does not directly provide accommodation. What we do provide is accommodation assistance: a curated network of partner hotels, guesthouses, and serviced apartments in every city where we deliver training. Delegates choose from this network through the booking system, and we coordinate the rest.
Important: Accommodation is quoted separately from your training fee. The price you see for a course covers the training programme, materials, refreshments and certification only — accommodation is added to your quote based on the venue, room type, and number of nights you select.
When you register for a course, the booking system uses the training venue you select to surface only the partner accommodation options available in that city. You can compare them on price, room type, and distance from the training venue, then add your preferred option to your quote.
Pick the city where you want to attend the course — Pretoria, Nairobi, Dubai, etc. Every city we operate in has its own roster of partner venues.
The booking system shows the accommodation options closest to the training venue, with nightly pricing in your local currency.
Select a venue and the number of nights. The accommodation cost is added as a separate line item to your quote alongside the training fee.
Once you confirm, AATICD coordinates directly with the partner venue on your behalf — including check-in dates, special requests, and payment.

Our accommodation partners are selected against the same standards we apply to our training rooms — clean, comfortable, well-located, and within easy reach of the venue you'll be attending each day.
Most partner venues offer single, double, and twin-room configurations, daily breakfast, in-room Wi-Fi, secure parking, and 24-hour reception. Higher-tier options often add a restaurant, gym, business centre, and airport shuttle as part of the room rate. Pricing is shown per night, per room, in the booking system at the time you build your quote.
For longer programmes (two weeks or more), we can also help secure serviced apartments and corporate-rate stays — useful when delegates prefer a kitchenette and a more residential feel.
